We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels within the UK, and Airmail for all orders despatched to addresses outside of the UK. Your order will be descreetly packed to ensure your privacy, with no indication of the contents. Simply your name and delivery address, and our return address and tracking information (no mention of the company name anywhere). The only time we include other information is where required to for Customs purposes on international orders.
Will My Delivery Need a Signature?
In all probability, yes it will. All orders are tracked, but some require additional insurance and therefore a signature on delivery can be required.
Can You Send My Order To a Different Address?
For UK packages we are delighted to send to any address of your choice. There are a few exceptions, we can't send to PO Box numbers for instance, nor to hotel addresses or a place of education (including off-campus education accomodation which may be linked with a college or university). International orders must go to the cardholders address - if the cardholders address does not match the despatch address the order will be declined.
Is Ordering Online On Your Website Safe?
Yes. We use the latest 128-bit military-strength website encryption technology to keep your sensitive credit and payment card details safe.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
No. We do not have a shop, and our liability insurance precludes us from accepting any visitors at the premises at any time, for any reason.
What Are You Doing To Stop Sales of Knives to Children?
It starts with the marketing of our products. Unlike some companies out there, we do not use flashy advertising with "fast cars and ladies" or any other powerful image association. We show our products for what they are - World class tools.
Our website is registered with RASC, Cybersitter and NetNanny so that computers equipped with these programs, or school computers, or any computer with Windows (tm) Content Ratings enabled, will not be able to access our site.
We receive regular inspections from Trading Standards officers to ensure that our practices are safe for everyone, and to ensure that our knowledge of applicable law is upto date.
Finally, we use an advanced and unique security system which enables us to verify the true age of our potential customers - whether they complete a self-certified date of birth or not. Clearly we can't reveal exactly what we do, but please don't worry, we don't do anything intrusive or anything that might infringe your privacy or personal rights.
